Our player fixture calendar can be found below
We take part in competitive Walking Football tournaments all over Scotland. In 2022 we had 2 squad teams – we now have 7, which includes our first Ladies squad who took part in their first competition in July 2025.
We have 57 players representing our Club at events at Oriam, Dundee, Toryglen, Ravenscraig and what’s believed to be biggest one day Walking Football event in the world, the Scottish Cup at Glasgow Green.
We have 18 players who represent our Club in Regional competitions and have even ventured further afield with trips to Portugal to play against teams from all over Portugal, Spain, England and France.

9. Survival
Practice takes place in a 20-yard diameter circle and develops possession under increasing pressure.
Six mini-goals are placed around the outside of the circle, with players split into two teams.
Play begins as an 8 v 2 rondo, with the possession team working against two defenders.
Every five consecutive passes, an additional defender enters the circle, increasing the pressure progressively. Coaches can call survival mode at any point, bringing all defenders into the area simultaneously.
If defenders win the ball, they can finish in any mini-goal.
Each possession team completes three rounds, accumulating a total pass tally across all three. Teams then switch roles, and the team with the highest combined pass count wins.
