Over 60’s East Premiership division results Friday 24th October 2025

Alloa 2 v Oriam 1 (Willie Lumsden)

Fife Wanderers 2 v Oriam 1 (Willie Lumsden)

Hearts 1 v Oriam 0

Dundee 3 v Oriam 1 (Dougie Thomson)

A disappointing set of results to end the season and ones that unfortunately saw us drop to the Championship. 

Despite dominating eventual winners Alloa and leading 1-0, a couple of more than dubious referee decisions in the last 2 minutes saw us lose 2-1.

Against Fife it was a similar story, leading 1-0 we lost another penalty, and another soft goal late on saw a 2-1 loss.

3rd game saw another dominant performance and despite Dougie Thomson hitting the post 3 times and a great save from the Hearts goalie , we lost 1-0 with Hearts only shot on  goal.

The story of our season summed up in that game.

We lost our last game to Dundee and no excuses in this one as they ran out deserved 3-1 winners.

Disappointing season and end, but can’t fault the guys for effort and desire.
